The Kick is the larger two-line model from Didakites: 230 x 75 cm of fabric with no spars and no frame, which inflates into a wing in the wind. A parafoil therefore packs flat and small and only takes its shape once you are outside.
This version is sold with a powerbar: a cross bar you hold with both hands, instead of two separate handles. The kite also comes with two wrist straps and the flying lines, neatly wound on a winder.
At 2.30 m across this is a serious piece of fabric, and it needs room: a beach, a sea wall or a big empty meadow, well away from trees, roads and other people. It is not a first kite - it steers more easily once you already know how two lines behave.
The Kick is made in changing colour schemes, blue, yellow and red among them, each time with the same black cross motif on the fabric. Which colour arrives cannot be fixed in advance.
