In ik leer ontdekken - The Human Body your child goes exploring inside its own body. The box holds large boards and cards built around the four themes printed along the bottom edge of the packaging: the main organs, the skeleton, the vital systems and healthy habits.
One card is about the lungs and breathing, another about the nasal cavity or the sensory nerves in your fingertips. Every part is labelled, so a child who cannot read yet can follow the drawings while a beginning reader spells the words along. This is the Dutch edition, so those labels are in Dutch.
The packaging speaks of more than fifty games, so you will not be through it in one afternoon. The box states 4-7 years - a wider band than you might expect at first glance for a subject like this.
A present for the child who keeps asking why the heart beats or where the food goes, and a box you will happily sit down with yourself.
