Hérocoptère is an action and skill game by Megableu, built around a red rescue helicopter that sways from a lighthouse above a blue sea. The box contains the helicopter, a lighthouse with base, a rope ladder with landing skids, 24 figures in four colours (six each in orange, green, blue and purple), a sticker sheet and a rulebook.
Take turns spinning the helicopter's rotor blades: the colour you land on decides which figure you get to hang on the ladder. The ladder keeps swaying back and forth, so you need a careful, steady hand. If you drop a figure, you can try to rescue it again on your next turn, and the rescue boat itself can capsize and tip the ladder over.
Whoever gets all their figures safely aboard first, before the shark's hatch opens, wins. Hérocoptère is designed for 2 to 4 players, a round lasts about a quarter of an hour, and it runs on 4 AA batteries (LR06), not included.
With its colourful figures and the tension of the swaying ladder, Hérocoptère makes a fun gift for kids who enjoy action and playing together.
