Piet Snot is a plastic head with a substantial nose and a cold that will not clear. The box holds the Piet figure, a stand, a die, 10 snot strands, 2 strands with a loop, the squeaking jumping brain, a sheet of stickers and the rules.
First you set the brain into Piet's head, hook the looped strand onto the little hook in his nose and stuff the rest of the strands in with it. Then you roll the die: pull one, pull two, miss a turn or reverse the direction of play. Sooner or later you pull the wrong strand and the brain and the eyes fly off.
Every strand you get hold of counts for a point, so you want to land as many as you can without hitting the last one. The box states 4+ and 2 or more players. Afterwards the strands go straight back into the nose and you can set it up again on the spot.
Gross, loud and loved by five- and six-year-olds for exactly those reasons. A present for children who like howling with laughter at the table, and a game explained at a party in a minute.
