One 24-piece jigsaw puzzle from Clementoni's Supercolor Maxi range, starring Marvel's Spider-Man. Maxi refers to the size of the pieces: big and sturdy, made to be moved around by small hands. The finished picture measures 62 × 42 cm.
The artwork is laid out like a comic page. On the left Spider-Man stands upright in front of the yellow houses of the city, on the right he swings from a web across a bridge. In between there are stars, spiders, webs and speech bubbles reading BAM and SUPER HERO. There is plenty to look at while the puzzle grows, and that makes it easier to see where a piece belongs.
The box says from 3 years. Because the pieces are large, this is a puzzle for the floor or a roomy table: 62 × 42 cm will not fit on a side table.
A good first superhero puzzle, and a present for a child who has just discovered Spider-Man but is not ready for hundreds of small pieces.
