The Old School Retro Board by Move is a 22 inch cruiser: 57.5 cm long and 15.3 cm wide, with a single kick at the tail. The deck is impact-resistant plastic with a non-slip layer on top.
Underneath sit 3.25 inch aluminium trucks and PU wheels of 60 by 45 mm on ABEC 7 bearings. That makes it a board for riding and carving - to school, to the shop, once around the street - rather than a board for landing tricks on.
The size is half the story: at 57.5 cm this cruiser is a good twenty centimetres shorter than a full skateboard of 79 cm, and therefore short enough to carry under one arm the moment the riding is done.
The model is made in four versions - black, blue, pink and light blue - each with wheels in a contrasting colour. The product photo shows all four side by side, but you receive one board.
