This giraffe belongs to Adoptable World, the 16 cm range of soft toys from Keel Toys. It sits upright, with a big round head, two fluffy horns, soft ears with a pale inside and a coat patterned in orange and cream.
The eyes and the smile are embroidered, which gives the face the open, friendly look the range is known for. The filling is soft and yielding: the toy squashes flat under an arm or in a bag and comes back into shape afterwards.
At 16 cm this is a travelling-size soft toy. It fits in a little rucksack, a pushchair or a handbag and goes along to nursery, in the car or on holiday without taking up room. For anyone who wants more of them: Adoptable World is a whole range of animals in the same size and the same style.
A lovely small present, for a birthday, as a get-well gift, or simply as something soft to hold.
