An emperor penguin standing upright, the way the animal itself does. The back, the head and the flippers are black, the belly is white, and on either side of the head an orange patch runs down towards the neck. The beak is black with an orange patch and the eyes are embroidered.
At 20 cm tall he fits into two children's hands. The fur is soft and a little longer on the head, which gives the penguin a fluffy look; on his feet he stands up by himself, so he will stay put on a shelf or a windowsill as readily as he goes to bed.
Keeleco is the plush range of Keel Toys, a British soft-toy maker since 1947. At Keel this model goes under the name 20cm Keeleco Emperor Penguin, with the barcode 5027148061750.
A gift for a child who is mad about penguins, and a soft toy small enough to take to the zoo or the swimming pool without filling half a bag.
