The Ravensburger WOODEN Fox Puzzle (article number 17512) is a 150-piece wooden jigsaw puzzle with a special cut-out shape: instead of a rectangle, the puzzle takes the silhouette of a fox, wreathed in flowers, birds and butterflies. The image is printed directly onto the wood, giving the puzzle a different feel from a cardboard one.
Among the 150 pieces are 15 so-called whimsies: extra pieces shaped like animals, flowers and other figures, which make the search for a fit a little more varied than an ordinary puzzle. The pieces are 4 mm thick and lock together with a firm, smooth fit.
Finished, the puzzle measures approximately 20 x 26 cm. The box states an age recommendation of 10 years and up.
A lovely gift for anyone who enjoys quietly putting a puzzle together, and thanks to the wooden construction and the distinctive fox motif, also suitable as a decorative puzzle project to hang up afterwards.
