The Bistro is a two-line stunt kite with a delta sail 133 cm wide and 65 cm high. Didak describes it as a sturdy kite, and at that width it is the largest of the three Didak stunt kites in this range.
Steering goes through one line in each hand: pull on one side and the kite turns that way, pull on the other and it comes back. A bigger sail catches more wind, so you feel more clearly what you are doing - and you need correspondingly more room to fly it.
The Bistro comes in varying colour combinations. The photo shows six, from rainbow panels to green and purple, but you receive one kite in an assorted colour.
For the beach or an open field, and for someone who has flown on two lines before and wants a bigger kite.
